Exchange & Returns

At ComfyDays, we want you to feel completely at ease — in your lingerie, and in your shopping experience.

If your new pieces don’t fit quite as you hoped, you can easily exchange or return them within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges

Sometimes a different size makes all the difference.

Within the Netherlands and Belgium, exchanges for another size (if available) are free of charge.

Outside of these countries, return shipping is at your own expense, but we’ll send your new size free of charge once we receive your return.

To request an exchange, simply email us at maureen@comfydaysunderwear.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to exchange, and the desired size.

We’ll guide you through the next steps and provide your return label.

Once we’ve received your returned items, your new pieces will be sent out within a few working days — with love, from our HQ.

Please note:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all labels attached.
  • For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of items that show signs of wear, missing tags, or removed hygiene liners.
  • We cannot reserve items for exchange. If your desired item is no longer available, we’ll contact you to find a fitting solution — a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Returns

If your purchase isn’t quite what you expected, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your package.

Returns are at your own cost and must be in their original condition and packaging.

To request a return, please send an email to maureen@comfydaysunderwear.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.

You’ll then receive the return instructions and label.

When preparing your return:

  • Make sure all items are unworn, unwashed, and include all original labels and hygiene liners.
  • Please try on underwear and bottoms over your own for hygiene reasons.
  • If your order included a free gift and your return brings the total below the gift threshold, the gift must also be returned.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be processed within a few working days and refunded to your original payment method.

Return Costs

  • Netherlands: €5,95
  • Belgium: €10,45
  • Germany: €10,85

Returns must be shipped using the label provided. Self-shipped returns cannot be accepted.

Return Conditions

  • Worn or damaged items will not be refunded or exchanged.
  • Missing labels or hygiene liners mean we cannot process the return.
  • Items with strong scents (smoke, perfume, or sweat) or visible signs of wear will have 20% deducted from the refund.
  • Returns must be shipped within 14 days of requesting the return. Late returns will not be accepted.

If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at maureen@comfydaysunderwear.com, including your name, order number, and a clear photo of the issue.
