From the moment you place your order to the moment your package arrives, everything is handled with care — wrapped in comfort, and sent with love.
Ordering
All ComfyDays items are exclusively available at comfydaysunderwear.com.
Simply add your favorite pieces in your desired size to your shopping bag and proceed to checkout.
You can securely pay with:
iDEAL, Klarna, Bancontact, or Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).
Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you a second email containing your track & trace link, so you can follow your ComfyDays package on its way to you.
Shipping
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 16:00 CET are shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 16:00 are shipped the following business day.
Please note: It’s not possible to pick up your order in person.
If your package is delivered to a pickup point and not collected in time, the purchase amount will be refunded minus €7.95 once it’s returned to us, to cover the shipping and handling costs.

Netherlands & Belgium
All packages are shipped with PostNL or DHL.
Most orders arrive the day after dispatch, though during busy periods slight delays may occur.
- Shipping Netherlands: €5.95 — free on orders over €150
- Shipping Belgium: €7.95 — free on orders over €150
