Shipping & Delivery
All of our shipping to the EU is tracked and inclusive of duties and tax. You will receive confirmation of your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday between the hours of 9AM and 4PM GMT. This excludes weekend days, Holidays and National Days.
Shipping is done by DHL and the package is delivered to your home in a recycled paperbag of box. If you are not at home, the delivery person will solve this differently.
Shipping within The Netherlands takes 1-2 business days.
We offer free shipping on all orders over €150 to the Netherlands.
Size Exchange
Does the size of your item(s) not quite fit? No worries, we got you!
Finding your perfect size is hard, we get that! That is why we offer free size exchange on all orders shipped to the Netherlands.
How to do it? Send an email to maureen@comfydaysunderwear.com with your ordernumber and tell us what size(s) you prefer. Still doubting? Ask us in the email, we will help you, or read our "find your size" page.
We will send you a DHL label for your return, when your order has been received by us, we will send you the new items by DHL Home Delivery.
Returns
Not satisfied with your item(s)? No problem.
We have a 14 day returns policy; from the day you receive your purchase, you will have 14 days to request a return.
Please note we only accept returns if:
- The product hangtags and labels are still attached
- The items have not been worn and the briefs have been tried on over your own briefs
- The packaging is in a re-sellable condition
- The refund request is made within 14 days of your order
Send an email to maureen@comfydaysunderwear.com for a return request. Include your ordernumber and items you will return. We will send you a shipping label from DHL. You will be charged €5.95 for your order and will therefore not be refunded.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 7 working days.
